What we look for
Income
Gross monthly household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, verified with pay stubs, an offer letter or bank statements.
Rental history
Positive references from the last two years of rental history, or a co-signer if you are renting for the first time.
Credit and background
A credit and background check for each adult applicant, reviewed in line with fair housing law and local rules.

- Sign and move inSign your lease online and pay move-in funds through the portal.
