Property management software and CRM integrations

Connect the tools you already use.

We design the workflow layer between your property management software, CRM, calendar, email, messaging and social accounts, then connect them where each platform allows.

In short

How do property management software integrations work?

An integration moves information between your tools automatically, for example from a website form into your CRM or from your property management software into a report. We confirm what each platform allows for your account and only call a connection live once it is built and tested.

A good fit if

  • Your team retypes the same data into two or three systems
  • Leads, tasks and records get out of sync
  • You use AppFolio, Buildium, Aptly, LeadSimple or Salesforce
  • You want reliable connections with clear error alerts

Probably not a fit if you want to replace your property management software entirely.

Integrations & workflow design

Connect the tools you already use.

No rip-and-replace. We design a workflow layer that moves information between your systems.

  • We start with the platforms you already pay for: property management software, CRM, calendar, email, text messaging and social accounts.
  • Connections use each platform's official API, webhooks or a supported automation platform, depending on what the vendor allows.
  • Every integration is confirmed during discovery and tested before launch. Nothing is described as connected until it is.
  • Credentials are stored securely and access is limited to what each workflow needs.
What we connect

Six categories, one workflow layer.

The exact tools differ for every business. These are the categories we usually connect.

Property management softwareUnits, tenants, leases, work orders and ledgers.
CRM & lead toolsContacts, pipelines, stages and notes.
Forms & schedulingWebsite forms, booking pages and calendars.
Email & text messagingFollow-ups, reminders and notifications.
Social publishingScheduled posts and performance data.
Reporting & AI modelsDashboards, summaries and AI services.

Specific platforms are confirmed during discovery. We only describe an integration as available once it has been built and tested for your account.

Software we know

Hands-on experience in the tools you use.

Our founder has worked day to day in these platforms as a property manager, so we plan workflows around how they really behave.

AppFolio and Buildium

Property, unit, tenant and owner records, ledgers, work orders, leasing and owner reporting.

LeadSimple and Aptly

Process pipelines, task workflows and shared inboxes for leasing, onboarding, renewals and turnovers.

Salesforce

CRM records, leads, contacts and follow-up tracking for property management teams.

Experience, not a live connection

This list describes hands-on experience. A connection to any of these platforms is described as live only after it is built and tested for your account.

Our approach

Reliable connections by design.

No connection goes live until it has been tested.

STEP 01

Map

We document how information moves today and where it gets retyped, lost or delayed.

STEP 02

Connect & test

We build each connection, test it with real scenarios and add approval steps where needed.

STEP 03

Monitor & maintain

Workflows are logged and monitored, and we update them when your tools change.

FAQ

Integrations: common questions

Short, direct answers. Ask us anything else on a strategy call.

Which property management software can you integrate with?

We work with the platforms our clients already use. What we can connect depends on each vendor's official API, webhooks or supported automation tools, which we confirm during discovery before building anything.

What is an API integration, in plain terms?

An API is the official way one piece of software lets another read or update its data. An integration uses it so information, such as a new lead or a closed work order, moves between your systems without anyone retyping it.

How do you keep our data secure?

Each workflow gets only the access it needs, credentials are stored securely and never in website code, and every automated action is logged.

What happens when a software vendor changes something?

Integrations are monitored. If a vendor changes how its system works, we update the workflow as part of ongoing support.
